Sugar Market 25.1 has been released!

The Sugar Market 25.1 release includes the following enhancements and fixed issues:

Feature Enhancements

• Improved deduplication in email builder: To ensure more consistency when deduplicating email recipients, the contact record ID is now used as the only unique identifier in custom reports and distribution lists added as include lists.
• Enhanced dynamic element preview in email builder: To help ensure you are testing your dynamic elements with the correct record, the Account Name field is now displayed when selecting a lead or contact in the email preview.
• Improved nurture error messaging: A number of nurture error messages have been improved.
• Clearer help text for dynamic distribution lists: The help text displayed when previewing a dynamic distribution list has been made clearer.

Fixed Issues

• 96149: Some Sugar Market fields are incompatible with the Salesforce connector and trigger a repeating sync error.
• 95880: Contacts with duplicate records containing the same email address cannot be consistently included as an email recipient via a custom report.
• 95871: Contacts with duplicate records containing the same email address can display incorrect merge tags when previewing the email on the contact's record Journey.
• 95817: SugarCRM reports containing an ID column for record types other than Contacts or Leads can be synced via a dynamic list.
• 95466: When a large number of records are enrolled in a workflow, the retry logic can delay email send actions longer than expected.
• 94125: Emails sent via the Buyer's Journey iframe with multiple BCC recipients fail to send to any BCC recipients.
