Retain Contrasting colours for Subpanels when open

Hi,

Loving the new UI for 11.3.0 - the subpanels look so much better! 

But when multiple subpanels are open with/without records in the Subpanels name background colour then goes back to being white in light mode or black in Dark Mode.  Its just hard to clearly identify the separate modules - is their a method of customising these panels colours? 

Or any plans to make it look less bland and introduce a few more contrasting colours to help the users eye distinguish between a busy Subpanel view?
