SugarCRM has released version 2.6.2 of the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook.
This latest release includes improvements to the sync failure handling process. With this new release, when a record fails to sync, users will be provided with detailed information about the failed records via a dialog box. Additionally, the records will be unmarked from sync and excluded from future sync actions.
Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 2.6.2 also addresses issues identified in prior releases of the Outlook Plug-in. More information on the new functionality as well as issues addressed in this update can be found in the MS Outlook Plug-in Release Notes 2.6.2.
