Opt out from email campaigns

Hi, Is it possible to sync information about which contacts have chosen to opt out of mailing to Sugar from Sugar Market so that the opt out status is checked in Sugar as it is in the picture below?

Hi Frida, 
 As part of our standard integration, if a recipient opts out of an email campaign this information should sync back to CRM based on your sync settings. You will want to make sure the options of "Allow updating of Lead & Contact records" and "Allow Updating of Unsubscribe Status" are checked in your sync configuration.
