Report of sales reps sent emails

Is it possible to create a report that analyze the delivery rates (bounce rates, click rates) and engagement for sent emails.  But instead of being based on Campaigns - the already existing dashboards, it based on a salesperson and the number of emails they have sent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis?

  • Hi Alexandra,

Are you looking for the emails that are sent from the Sugar Market iFrame in CRM by individual reps? If so, then yes, this is possible. You will use the Campaigner Warehouse view for the report, add the Columns you wish to see (Campaign Name, Opens, Clicks, etc.), and then you will filter by CampaignerType=Personal. This will show the emails sent from the iFrame. Then you can also add filters for the FromEmail to get the rep (this will be the email associated to their user in CRM) and PostDate for the date range. Like all date filters, you will have the merge tag options such as "Start of This Month," etc.

Here is an example screenshot of the filters:

If you wanted emails sent directly from Sugar Market, you could do something similar, but would not filter by the Personal campaign type. The Campaigner Warehouse view will not give your the rates/percentages of opens, clicks, etc. but you would be able to get the raw numbers and then create the formula in the Excel export to obtain the percentages.

    Thanks,

    Jana
