Legacy Pages - external form connectors and scoring

Hi Sugar Market Gurus,

The scenario of using external form connectors setup through a legacy page, we have a scoring profile of Generic Landing Page Scoring, rule type is completed, target is any, and scoring summary is true.

However when a form is filled in, the data is coming into Sugar Market as expected, but it's not scoring based on this profile setting.

What could be causing the form enter to not score?

That does seem like it's configured correctly on the surface. There could be a setting misconfigured that we'd need to further look into to identify the issue. Could you submit this over to support@sugarcrm.com? We can take a further look at this to solve. Thank you!
