Sugar Market Reporting for Nurture 2.0

How can I pull a report that shows all click through activity including the individual that clicked on a link within one campaign instead of having to click into each individual email dashboard?

  • Hi Katelyn,

Was the link click one of the conditional steps? The Default Analytics view shows the nurture design with labels displayed and the number of people who flowed through each step. Conditional steps show the total number of contacts that flowed through both the yes and no paths. If a link click was one of the conditional elements, you can get a list of contacts that completed that step by clicking on the icon in the bottom right (refer to 2nd image included below)

Alternatively, you can create that type of report in the Advanced Analytics module by reporting on Campaign Performance and filter by each of those Campaign IDs.

  • Hi Katelyn,

In addition to Morgan's suggestions, you can also create a custom report that filters on the specific campaigns within your nurture. The below screenshot shows an example of the filters. Make sure you select viewAccountContactCampaign as your report view. You'll also want to update the Campaign IDs to reflect the IDs of the emails in your nurture campaign.

    Thanks!

  • Hello Jenna, I tried to create a custom report based on your instructions but received an error message. See screenshot below.

  • Hi Katelyn,

Did you add any columns to the report? The Columns are the data you want to see in the report when you view it (First Name, Last Name, etc.). Sometimes that message can appear if you try to save before adding any columns.

    Thanks,

    Jana
