Problem Creating Lead Assignment on Nurture 2.0

Hi Clubber!

Need Help!

I am trying to create a lead assignment in nurture 2.0. We have salespeople working in 6 different territories and once the form is filled out (Form Contain State option and territories are defined by state Code, for example, MN =  Midwest Territories) we would like to notify only those salesperson who owns the territory. Our List lives under Analyze/Report/Custom (Image attached). Every time I try to validate the nurture it says workflow is invalid and please check the validation report for more details(Image attached). I appreciate all of your help and time.

  • Hi ,

I looks like the issue is that the report needs to contain the necessary columns for us to verify the correct Contact as part of the list checker. Within your report, go to the Columns tab, and add the columns of Contacts.ContactID and Contacts.Email to the report and Save. Once you have added the columns and saved, please return to the nurture and attempt to validate again. If you still have issues please let us know.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Jana-

I appreciate your prompt response. The problem is solved and I was able to validate the nurture but it is not notifying the owner of the territories. Do you think my Nurture design has flaws?

  • Hi Chandra,

The best way to start troubleshooting is to see where your test records end up when they enter the nurture. For example, is everyone going to the "no" branch? If so, then there may be a mismatch between the value that the record is assigned for their state and the value that the report is checking for. If you continue to have issues I recommend checking with the support team so they can look at the nurture itself.

    Thanks!
