I have a few questions about best practices for lead scoring.
1. My client would like to identify the main schools (accounts) that have been interacting with them, what would be the best way of doing so?
2. I'm not sure I understand how the scoring profile for accounts works, is it the summation of the contact's score within the account? e.g. Person A has 10 points and Person B has 20 points = Account 30 points ??
3. What would be some best scoring practices for my client (general recommendations), now that they want to target and market to various different schools in their state?
