Conditional Form Fields

I need a form that will replace our site Contact Us form. The current Contact Us form has conditional fields. For instance, they select "Need CAD Model/Drawing. When this is selected, fields called Part Number, CAD File Format, CAD File Version are added to the form.

I can also use a Page 2 of the Contact Us form if the above is not possible. Once Page 1 is complete and "Need CAD Model/Drawing" is selected, Page 2 of the form would pop up and include the fields Part Number, CAD File Format, CAD File Version would appear.

Hi Brad,

Is the current form you're using a form that was built outside of Sugar Market or contains custom code?

We are trying to use the Sugar Market form because we can push to the CRM instead of connecting the current form to the CRM.

Hi Brad,

Unfortunately, we do not currently have dynamic forms available in our system. The redirect URL in Sugar forms applies to everyone who fills out a form, not those who only select an option from a particular field. Also, if you are referring to the "Create Two Page Landing Page" option in Legacy Pages, that particular feature is no longer available.
