Sales Intelligence

helped me in the past come up with a way to get email opens and clicks into Tasks in Sugar Sell and that is working.

There are two challenges to this.

1. Although Sales can see that the contact clicked on something in the email, they don't know what they clicked.

2. Sugar Market does not assign the Task to the Contact Owner. They come across as assigned to no one so we can't do any filtering, etc.

I can see in Sugar Market what this Contact clicked on.

My goal though is to not have Sales logging into Market and to provide this information to them in Sell.

I was hopeful the iFrame in Sell would be useful, but it doesn't show anything about the click either.

This is very good information for a salesperson to know as they plan a call to a Contact. If they are clicking on things in emails, what are they interested in?

Suggestions?
