Unverified Email vs. Valid Email


What is it that triggers a leads or a contacts Unverified Email status to change to Valied Email?

    When a lead or contact has an Unverified Email status, this means that they have not received a Sugar Market email yet, so the system does not know whether the email is valid or invalid. Once a Sugar Market email is sent to this individual, the system will receive feedback on whether it is valid or invalid and update the status.
