Email Triggers

Hello,

Can email triggers only be made from single email campaigns? or from templates too? 

I am trying to create a trigger email using HTML code from an email that has already been created. When the email has been created in email builder 2.0 it is easy to find the HTML code to turn it into a trigger email. However, if I am trying to make a trigger email based on a template I cannot find the HTML code so is it not possible to do?

  • Hi D'Andre,

    Currently there is not a way to manage 2.0 templates. This is something the product team is working on. My recommendation currently would be to apply that template to a draft campaign, then pull the source code from there and apply to the trigger email. At that point the draft campaign could be deleted to keep things tidy. I hope that helps!
