The following features have been deployed in version 21.5 of Sugar Market:
- Improved email sync with SugarCRM: The SugarCRM email sync settings have been modified to improve the push of email information to SugarCRM. These improvements include the option to push email to either SugarCRM's Task or Email module, not both, and enforcing an assigned user for pushed Task records. Please refer to the Sugar Market Integration Guide for more information.
- New MS Dynamics Application ID field: The Microsoft Dynamics connector settings page has been updated to include the Application ID field in response to Microsoft's April 2021 planned deprecation of the current SDK class. To allow the Sugar Market sync to continue, MS Dynamics customers will be required to register their application with Microsoft and to update configuration settings in Sugar Market. Specific instructions will be published here by March 24, 2021.
The following issues have been fixed in Sugar Market version 21.5:
- The Unique Opens and Unique Clicks percentages for A/B campaigns in the campaign dashboard exceed 100%. New campaigns will display the percentages correctly going forward. For previously existing campaigns, please contact Support to refresh your dashboard.
- The Unique Opens count for A/B campaigns in the campaign dashboard is the same for both the A and B versions. New campaigns will display this count correctly going forward. For previously existing campaigns, please contact Support to refresh your dashboard.
