Hint - data sources and frequency of refresh

I have a customer who would like to understand more about the sources of Hint data. I understand the data does not come direct from the source (ie LinkedIn, etc) but from various third party data management systems. Are there any more specifics about what data is included please?

Also, I cannot seem to find anywhere which indicates how frequently the data is refreshed. This would perhaps be answered once we know where the data is sourced from originally.

Finally, if two sources have conflicting information on a customer/lead (ie two different addresses), which value would the Sugar user be presented with?

    Hint combines enrichment data from a number of Data Provider partners representing 100s of publicly available sources. The majority of these sources are updated incrementally throughout the year, a handful of the sources have larger quarterly updates, and new data sources are introduced periodically as well.

    We do not as a general rule publish our data providers and sources publicly. However, we do fulfill all privacy requests as part of GDPR such as Right of Access and Right to be Forgotten (erasure) if customers have a privacy concern regarding enrichment data provided by Hint.

    Depending on the field, Hint may return multiple values (i.e. Phone Numbers), and/or leverage metadata from our provider(s) to determine the most relevant result to present.
