Between Saturday, September 17th 06:00 PM US Pacific Time for USA and CANADA and Sunday, September 18th 03:00 AM and for all other regions between Saturday September 17th 10:00 AM US Pacific Time and Saturday, September 17th 07:00 PM US Pacific Time, the Operations team will be performing maintenance to the SugarCloud environment that is expected to incur some downtime for our customers. This work will occur during our scheduled weekly maintenance window.
What Can You Expect During This Window?
Customers hosted on the following regions in our cloud environment will experience brief periods of downtime or degraded performance during the maintenance window.
