how to edit account details

hi. how do you edit an existing customers detail? I want to add in their email address in this example.

Hi Nathan, 
 
 If this customer has pulled over from your ERP, you will be unable to edit in sales-i and it will need to be edited within your ERP. If it is against a specific contact the same rule applies, unless you have added the contact into sales-i in which case there will be an option to edit it,
