Dear SugarCRM Community,
I'm facing an urgent issue with enabling the Email Archiving Service in SugarCRM. Despite successfully configuring the inbound mail server and receiving emails, I consistently encounter the following error message when attempting to enable the archiving service:
An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the Email Archiving server, and the service could not be enabled: Could not contact the server. Please try again or contact SugarCRM Support.
Interestingly, after a few hours, the service interface sometimes indicates that the service is enabled. However, the email archiving address remains missing, suggesting that the process was not fully successful.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions from the community to help me resolve this urgent problem.
