I have a client who has been using Act-On for some time, they recently upgraded to Enterprise V13 and have noticed some issues with Act-on plug in not working.
They can successfully test the connection from Acton but not from Sugar.
I winder if there is a need for some CSP settings for Acton and, if so does anyone know what they are?
I will be reconnecting to re run thu the connection process https://connect.act-on.com/hc/en-us/articles/23203130803095-Access-Your-Act-On-Data-in-SugarCRM and see if that fixes the issue.
