Setting up SMTP SugarCRM 14.0.0 Build 233 Sell Advanced cloud hosted

Good day,

My SugarCRM has recently been moved from onsite to the cloud and I am having issues getting the email setup with Microsoft Office 365.

I have setup the required Entra ID App and setup the SMTP settings but SugarCRM fails to connect to the server.

I have done some research and think its because Authenticated SMTP is turned off on my Office 365, I can't enable this so what can I do to send email to Office 365?
