Good morning,
One of my coworkers had been trying to login with his Google account into Sugar through Single Sign On but when he tried, he was immediately redirected to a password reset page from Sugar. Which is strange because we use Google to login to Sugar and his Google password definitely was not expired. Neither was his Sugar password because we made an account for him one day before he joined us.
He already used the basics: cookie and cache clean up etc.
After using "reset password" in the Admin module, he could login, then again, one week later, the same issue happened and he couldn't login and got to see the same "Change password" screen because according to Sugar it had expired.
Is anyone familiar with this issue and what can be done about it?
