LinkedIn Sync

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to sync LinkedIn activities with Sugar? Specifically new Leads and InMail messages. We have LinkedIn Sales Navigator and it syncs to SFDC/MS Dynamics, but not Sugar.

This is not possible with the current Sugar - LinkedIn Sales Navigator connector. The capabilities you are referring to are implemented through special arrangements with LinkedIn.

Can you expand on "special arrangements"? Have you done something similar?

Hi, there is some tool that you can connect to your CRM like Phantombuster.This type of tool allows you to parse linkedin pages to retrieve customer information. This operation is not really legal in Europe with the GDPR
