Thank you it worked.

I checked assigned_user_id was 1 for job and corrected date format to mm-dd-yyyy and it worked.

Hello Jay,

Following André Lopes hint you could try the following:

Locate the entry of your scheduler job in the job_queue table in the DB and confirm the assigned_user_id value for that Job run. This will be the User ID of which the job is being executed as. For system jobs, it's normally the id=1 user.
After having that, confirm the date format of that user.

Yes. In Profile->Advanced->Locale Settings It is showing 12/23/2010 (mm-dd-yyyy)

Did you double check date formating for system admin?
