Maybe the dropdown definition doesn&#39;t have an empty value? You can check the dropdown value in your &quot;Dropdown Editor&quot; to check if there is a blank row, eg:</p> <p><img src="/resized-image/__size/320x240/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/42/pastedimage1604564835094v1.png" alt=" " /></p> <p>If there is no such blank field, you can add an entry without any Name/Label, so that that can appear as a blank value.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
