How to determine number of in-flight processes?

Hi Kristjan,

Do you mean you want to only see those that are In Progress? If so, you can click on the Filter button (seen in your screenshot) and select "Processes In Progress". This will filter out all processes that are Completed or have Failed for any reason. I hope that helps!

Thanks Alan Beam but I am looking for a total number of Process overall or in a category. If I filter, I get pages and pages of Processes in a particular category but I can´t see the total number (and I´d rather count how many pages of 20´s I have...):

See what I am getting at?

Btw, I am an admin so I am not just looking for my processes but rather total in the system.

Hi Kristjan,

We have two chart dashlets that can be used on the Process Definition List View Intelligence Pane that will help give you an overall view:

Process Status Summary Dashlet shows all process definitions and the number of processes instances in each status.

Pending Activity by Process Dashlet allows selection of a particular process definition to show if there are any pending activities.

the dashlets are very usefull but I think the point Kristján is missing is this the counter that changes with the list filter he uses. It is available on your screenshot but not on Kristjáns:

I'm currently not sure if Kristjan Geir Mathiesen deactivated the counter in his instance or if it is not available in his current version.

double checked with SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.9.0.1 (Build 33) is looks like the counter is not available on the process management view (according to Kristjáns screenshot) but on process definitions as we see on yours.

Björn Canales Pfisterer Correct, I am looking for a "counter" (like we have in the other sidecar moduels like Accounts, Contacts, etc).This counter is not in SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.9.2.0 (build 1090) either.

Rosaalie Shah Thanks for this angle. The "Process Status Summary" dashlet give good status. Thanks for that tip. Does not give total per category though (which the "counter" in the List View of your screenshot). Any news as to when we would see this "counter" in general Sugar releases?
