can not edit old meeting request anymore

I lost access to SugarCRM, I can not edit my old meeting requests anymore, Error - Don't have permissions.

I am helping out a client of ours. I am a Network Engineer. We took over a client recently and they had SugarCRM before. Now They can not edit any previous Events it gives an error no permissions. Please assist.

first thing go and check ur sugarcrm.log file in the sugar root directory

also check the .htaccess file which overrides the sugar permissions

and u can also see the permissions for the logged user from terminal

Thanks for the post! I forgot to mention that the client does not have log on to SugarCRM anymore. I am not too sure, I asked the client to contact you guys and retrieve the user details back. But he did not do it yet. Do you think this relates to the issue with Calendar events etc?

I have not worked on any calendar events, so i d.k

Anyways check u r mamp->config->apache->http.config file,

here don't comment allow override all, mod_rewrite and mod_deflate

Regarding your statement "I forgot to mention that the client does not have log on to SugarCRM anymore" are you sure their license hasn't expired yet?
