Unable to pass Database Configuration step in installer

I'm having trouble passing this step. I'm accessing the sugar through the file manager, via subdomains, I created the database, but I can't get through because it gives these errors. Any solution?

Hi Helder,

Assuming the DB is accessible and host and credentials are correct, can you confirm if the right database version is used?

You use the external hostname which is normally not granted by the database. I suppose you should use localhost for the database hostname.
