Change existing field values from another field

I want to change the value of Forecast dropdown, based on the value of another dropdown.

Lets say, Sales Stage = Lost, then change Forecast to Exclude.

Can this be accomplished in Studio with existing fields?

Professional or Enterprise?
With Enterprise this would be a quick one with Advanced Workflows.

Professional. I think I could still do it with the old workflow module though. I'll give it a shot.
