Hi Dan,

Thanks for pointing this out, I wrongly assumed the "locale" setting would be a general setting for the whole instance. It is strange to me that settings for the admin account are in a differently arranged from the user accounts.

Hello Erik,

When logged in to Sugar, navigate to your User Profile and click the Advanced tab. There is an 'Export Delimiter' setting, which is likely a comma for all the affected Users.

I recommend instructing the Users, or you can do so on their behalf as an admin, to set this field as a semi-colon per your organization's requirements.
