One of my customer asked me the same question ; with custom code no problem. But how to handle this with standard Sugar Logic formula ?

I originally tried both the above, and I gave it another shot.
the <br/> gets stripped by the formula builder. I feel like this is the right idea, I just need to figure out the correct syntax.

Here is what I tried with no success:

concat($first_name_c,"<br/>\r\n",$last_name_c)
concat($first_name_c,"\r\n",$last_name_c)

I tried the same variation with createList ( instead of concat.

I also tried two lines, like this, but the editor shows error and will not save.
concat($first_name_c)
concat($last_name_c)
If this could be made to work, I can settle with this idea to create two lines.

Some added info.
I found createList which seems to be a good fit for what I am doing. Im actually trying to simplify a handful of fields into one simple text area. If creatlist is more appropriate, I will use it.
