Individual email restricted view capability

How would I restrict access certain emails (not all emails) on an account from being viewed by a team.  I looked at the access management and it does not seem to be granular enough to be able to do this.  Any suggestions as I am on version 9 going to 11 at the end of the year.

  • If they are on the Team, they can see the email, and their authority for the email is set in the Role.  You'd need to set the email team for the ones you want to hide to a Team that the individuals are not attached.

    P.S. We have a lot of emails that arrive in Sugar with the BCC option and the Team on those are set automatically to "Global" so everyone sees them.  We've set up filters so a user can monitor and manually set a Team for some email - I don't recommend doing it :-)
