Hi everyone. I've searched the sugar forums but can't seem to find a good answer to this question. What I am hoping to do is have a workflow that has a parallel gateway which can create multiple tasks based on criteria. The "Multiselect field" doesn't seem to have an option for "Contains" in the BPM tool. My example is I have: A B C If A and C are picked, I want to create a task for each. And if A/B/C are picked it should create 3 tasks. However because the only option is "is" rather than "contains" in the BPM. I have to do a "branch" for A | B | C | AB | AC | BC | ABC rather than just 3 checking a contains. Has anyone got around this somehow? Thanks, Daniel

Hi Dmytro.

On my system (10.0.3) we unfortunately cannot use the "Includes" yet, I will bug our team to get this sorted. But thanks so much for that example, that will work perfect when I've got the upgrade sorted.

Oh, I see... May I ask you if you are a Sugar Admin?
If so, then FYI - there is an option to deliver more flexible automation solving your task with the logic hook configuring - if to employ Logic Builder no-code tool for that.

That configuration could be a part of the SugarBPM process definition or a standalone logic hook installed to Sugar instance.

For standalone logic hook, processing MultiSelect with decision-making logic could be like this (pls, zoom in then follow the white like to read):

Such a low level configuring also extends Sugar BPM, helping to deliver genuine flexibility to the logic of the automated business process - you may find an example in this Club post:
