Hi, does anyone know if the SugarCRM BPM's Process Definition Module actually allows automatic creation of PDF based on a template created on the PDF Manager module?
What we want to do:
Goal:
- Generate PDF document using the PDF template created in PDF Manager based on triggers.
- Doesn't require user to manually send PDF to sales lead.
Setup in Mind / Process Flow:
- If record sales_stage = verified;
- Then generate PDF based on selected PDF Template on PDF Manager module
- Then send email based on email template on Process Email Templates module with generated PDF as email attachment
