Accessing record in Mobile App via a link in notification email

Hi all,

In Sugar it is useful to embed a link to the record when sending notification emails or alert when using SugarBPM. Is there a way we can modify the link so it will try to launch the Mobile App when it is clicked on a user's phone?

Hello Romney
As far as I know, the type of links for opening should be programmed in an app and can't be configured externally.

If possible, in your case, you could use external apps of 3rd vendors for link redirecting, but it requires looking for an appropriate app depending on a mobile OS and its version.
