I'm trying to figure out a way to report on the amount of revenue on Opportunities marked as Won as a percentage of all Opportunities and have it show in the display summaries so that it can easily be called out when the report is printed to a PDF format, and am not sure the best way to go about it. I'd appreciate any help on this!
With Sugar Logic you can calculate it directly.
Create 3 new fields in module Accounts:
total_sum_opps_c:
- type currency
- calculated
- formula: rollupSum($opportunities,"amount")
total_sum_won_opps_c
- type currency
- calculated
- formula: rollupConditionalSum($opportunities,"amount","sales_status","Closed Won")
win_rate_c
- type: textfield
- calculated
- formula: concat(toString(round(divide(multiply(100,$total_sum_won_opps_c),$total_sum_opps_c),2))," %")
Put them in the record view and call a quick repair and rebuild because the hidden filed base_rate must be added to the Accounts module.
The "special" rollupConditionalSum is not offered in the formula editor, but you can use it and save if.
