Hello, 
 I have a dropdown of Yes, No, and unknown. Yes requires a date field be visible and filled. Users sometimes move that field back to NO after being YES, and the requirement field goes away, but the date remains and shows up in reporting. Can a calculate formula be created to delete data for date field if 'NO" is chosen?

Yes, you can set a formula just like that through Dependency SetValue , once you won't be able to save it as a regular sugarLogic formula:
