Professional and Enterprise Versions 10.0.3 and 9.0.5 Now Available

Sugar 10.0.3 and 9.0.5 are now available for download to all on-site customers.

With these releases, Sugar 10.0.x and 9.0.x now support OAuth2 connections to Google Mail and Exchange Online when configuring the system outbound email, system inbound email, and user email accounts. Administrators now also have the ability to configure the Microsoft connector via Admin > Connectors to allow Sugar to connect to the Microsoft API Services via OAuth2 to send outbound emails as well as receive inbound emails.

  • Sadly, that doesn't seem to be so clear.

    We also found two bugs in 10.0.0 that prevented us from upgrading and they were supposed to be fixed only in the cloud releases 10.1.0 and 10.2.0. I thought we would then have to wait until next year and skip this release, but we were made aware of the possibility to request hotfixes. When I was asking for those in order to finally be able to upgrade to 10, Sugar Support wrote me that both problems were already fixed with 10.0.2:

    "Releases can be odd because 10.1.0 is for Cloud Customers only but the fixes there will be applied in version 10.0.2."

    And none of this was mentioned in the release notes of 10.0.2.
