Sales stage audit in a report format?

Hi Ellen! We have a great KB on how to do this using SugarBPM: Capturing How Long a Record Spends in Each Status Using SugarBPM. You just have to make custom fields in Studio to catch the count of days for each sales status and then set up the process definition. Later in the article, there are sections on how to show these stats on the record view and create reports on them. You could even choose to add a notification in the process definition to alert the user or manager that they have a stagnant opportunity.

if Opp stays for, let's say, 5 or X days on a particular stage, does it actually mean the Opp is stagnant?

On the operational level, the calculation of days on the stage hardly helps to identify whether Opp is forgotten
AFAIK, the actions recorded per Opp along with their recency or the absence of such actions per Opp - that should be in the focus for 'lack of actions' report
