My Favorites is My Favorite

When I'm in Sugar, I'm usually in Reports. When I'm in Reports, it's usually because I'm working on a data project for one of our executives. I want to make sure I don't "lose" the report after he/she has shared the location with me the first time, so I immediately mark it as a Favorite so I can find it easily the next time I'm in Sugar.

To the left of your report Name, is a star. Click it.

On the top left of the Reports pane, is your Filter drop down. Click My Favorites from the drop down and any report you've marked as a favorite will appear.

Thanks for sharing Myka Williams! Reports is one of my main modules too. Since I mostly use a select few, "My Favorites" are usually also easily accessible from the module menu too, saving a lot of search time.

Nice tip, Myka! Big fan of using the Favourites feature in Sugar because I work with a lot of other folks on their accounts / opportunities / cases - so I can't assign them to myself for access. Instead, I mark them as a favourite and then can find them easily that way.

Alex Nassi you may want to consider a List View Dashlet on your home page to save yourself moving your mouse towards the top of the screen ;) (yes, I am that lazy! haha).
