Creating connections and learning from other Sugar customers is the most valuable to me. User/admin training from Sugar is fine, but it's most helpful when in a real-world context, with best practices and lessons learned being shared. "here's how we solved this issue"...

What I am missing is technical deep-dive sessions, a hack-a-thon or a developpers corner to ask questions, and discuss stuff. I hope you can find a way to fit that in somewhere.
