For consistency throughout our sales teams, we have sales agents using 1 dashboard.
We have put some guides together as there are a number of dashlets and reports to work from.
Within the guides, we put page breaks with a title, this grouped the dashlets really well, and some feedback from users is this would be really helpful to have within the SugarCRM dashboard itself.
I have been looking for ways to complete this without needing custom code
For example, I have used the Web Page dashlet option, named it and saved it.
On the dashboard, users can click the arrow to close it and only show the title.
This would be perfect as it allows me to create a line break within the dashlets
However, each time a user refreshes the page, the dashlet does not remain closed and opens up.
Idea suggestion
- If a user closes a dashlet, can this be remembered?
- Or could there be a "heading" option that only created the ability to add a title
