Apply a "defaut" role to all new user

Out of the box, Sugar is an optimistic solution where every new user can do everything.

But, for most of my customer, this is not right.

It would be nice that a custom role can be automatically defined and applied to any new user.

Is there a way to "vote" on enhancement requests? This would be an excellent feature for our use case as well!

We have a generic code that does this for our customer instance, and some of them need both a generic default role and a generic admin default role to be set automatically.

The default role for admin is less often used but may prove useful.
