one of my sugar dev instance not showing 'Upgrade Wizard' option in Adminstrator page, could anyone please suggest, how i can enable this option.
i'm planing to upgrade the intance, currently my instance version is 11.0.2
any help greately appriciated.

The Upgrade Wizard option being hidden is normally due to one of the following configuration parameters being set in the instance config.php or config_override.php:
disable_uw_upload
admin_access_control
If either of those settings are set to true, then the UI option for the upgrade wizard will be hidden. With that said, I recommend using the silent upgrader for performing upgrades. The silent upgrade utility provides more control and insight into the upgrade process, so that in the event the upgrade fails, you can quickly diagnose the reason for failure and take the appropriate corrective actions.
