 All of my modules - contacts, accounts, opportunities - have a standard blue filter button, with a capability to create a customer filter next to it: the standard config (I believe).

&lt;p&gt;It sounds like the user clicked the &amp;#39;Activity Stream&amp;#39; button (clock icon) on the list view. Click the &amp;#39;list view&amp;#39; icon shown here:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is currently a bug with this behavior (94046) causing the toggle between the views to not work consistently. If clicking the list view icon does not load the expected view, refresh the browser page and click the icon again if necessary.&lt;/p&gt;
