Custom Field not visible for some users

I have added a new field to the Leads Module via Studio and some users cannot see it - we do not use Role based Layouts, what else could be causing this issue?

  • OK ; are all non admin users concerned by this issue ? If not, can you check the roles of this user to be sure that one of his role is not restricting the access ?

    Other question : did you run some repair (quick repair and rebuild, repair teams, repair roles) and check afterwards ?
