We started having problems with the outlook plugin on re-deployed laptops. Something is not valued right. I looked at the plugin values on one that works and the ones that dont work and they are the same. The correct URL is entered and then the CONNECT button is pressed and we get Successfully Connected to Sugar. Once we close that Settings window, the sidebar begins trying to connect. It sits about 30 seconds and then fails and shows “Unable to connect to Sugar.” Any ideas.
