Use SugarBPM with a Business Rule

Thanks again Jeff, I hadn't used Business Rules before, however beside being a little tedious at having to set an entry for every letter of the alphabet (and numbers 0-9), - because I couldn't see a way to match any value in a string or implement OR -. Using a Business Rule with a Process Definition worked perfectly and added to my knowledge of business rules and processes.

Steps Taken
1. Create Business Rule Checking the starting letter of each Account "Name" and Setting a Result Value
2. Create a Process Definition to Check the Business Rule Result, and then Assign the appropriate User to the Account.
