Add the "Notification" modules in the list of available module for the BPM "Add Related Record"

Notifications module is not directaly related to other modules, instead it has the fields parent_type and parent_id, so it is not possible to add a Notification through "Add Related Record".

But you can extend SugarBPM in order to add a custom component for adding a Notification.

We can accomplish such a feature if you are interested on.

It takes a few clicks for Sugar Admin to employ the Notifications module with no-coding with Logic Builder tool

E.g. here is a tiny flowchart that makes Sugar notify Account's ex-assignedTo that they are not responsible for the Account anymore:



On Zip package is generated from the drawing with a click and installed into Sugar with Module Loader, the automation takes the stage - if AssignedTo for "Trait Institute Inc" is changed from Jim to Will, than Jim is Notified:
