How to Disable Accounts Requirement on Opportunities Using sugar Cloud

 New to Sugar Dev - Requested to remove requirement for Account on Opportunities; not sure where to look at or update code to disable account requirement on opportunities. Any help greatly appreciated!

You can follow the instructions at https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_9.0/Architecture/Configurator/Core_Settings/#require_accounts which will require development. 
 It would be best to submit a support request with Sugar Support at portal.sugarondemand.com/
