I'm so sorry for not seeing your response a few months back. There is a GitHub repo from a colleague of mine that can be of some reference to you. It gives an example (in the activity.js file) of adding a parameter in the custom action settings. The repo is called SugarAdvancedWorkflowCustomPHPMethods

Hi Hector Rios,

thank you for your feedback ; I already read your PDF (great job it really helps) but, as far as I understand, there is not, in this doc, the way to customize the new action "Translate welcome email to new Applicant" by using the Settings menu and provide custom parameters that should be used.
